Evolvegen AI is operated by Guryash Dhall and provides a custom-built AI phone receptionist for US dental, veterinary, and chiropractic clinics. The full terms of any clinic engagement are documented in a service agreement signed at the start of each build. This page outlines the high-level terms applicable to use of this website and to a typical engagement. A formal Terms of Service generated via Termly is in progress and will replace this page before it is required.

Engagement

Each clinic build begins with a discovery call and a signed scope of work covering setup fee, monthly fee, included voice minutes, integrations, and the 14-day pilot guarantee terms.

Pilot guarantee

The 14-day pilot guarantee detailed on the homepage applies as written. If neither guarantee metric is hit within 14 days of go-live, we refund the setup fee in full. Voice minutes consumed during the pilot are pass-through costs and not refundable.

Cancellation

Month-to-month after setup. Either party may end the engagement with 30 days written notice. The first 14 days are governed by the pilot guarantee above.

Acceptable use

The website is provided as-is for informational purposes. Submitting fraudulent demo requests, attempting to disrupt the service, or scraping the site is not permitted.
