Evolvegen AI is operated by Guryash Dhall as a small, single-operator service. This page outlines how we handle your information. A formal policy generated via Termly is in progress and will replace this page before it is required.

What we collect

Demo form submissions.When you submit the “Book a demo” form, we collect the name, email, phone number, and any clinic details you provide. This is stored only to respond to your request and to follow up about a potential engagement.

Analytics. We use Plausible Analytics, which is cookieless and does not collect personal data or set tracking identifiers. No third-party advertising trackers are loaded on this site.

Server logs. Our hosting provider (Netlify) records standard request metadata (timestamps, hashed IP, user-agent) for abuse prevention. We do not log demo-form payloads in production beyond a submission ID, clinic type, and a hashed IP.

What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties.
• We do not add you to a marketing list or newsletter.
• We do not use call recordings (when applicable to a paying clinic engagement) to train the underlying voice models.

Active client engagements

For clinics in an active build or pilot, call recordings and patient data flow through HIPAA-eligible infrastructure (Microsoft Azure, Retell AI). We sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) on request before any patient-facing deployment.
